Designated therapy session to help you explore your thoughts and emotions while learning how to build healthier coping skills.

60 minutes - $250

Lab testing will be discussed in your session and may be recommended depending on your treatment goals.

Routine labs: May be covered by insurance. If not covered by insurance, prices vary greatly.

Specialized Functional Lab Testing: Range $200-$600.

Forms will be filled out only for established patients.

I do not offer long term disability certification.

Short-term disability may be considered for established patients who are in a psychiatric program that requires time off from work. This will be at the healthcare provider’s discretion.

Any form requiring evaluation and more than 10 minutes of the healthcare provider’s time will be charged at a rate of $75.

Mindful Women Psychiatry does not accept health insurance, which means it is an out-of-network healthcare provider. However, I can provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you have a PPO.
